Ali ConroyAli has been cooking professionally for 10 years & has loved every minute of it. She started working in the food industry when she was 14 years old. She has worked in all types of food settings. Ali discovered her own love for sustainable, organic foods while she worked as the caterer for Whole Foods Market in Chapel Hill, NC for 4 years. She then became the Head Chef at Old Chatham Golf Club in Durham, NC where she took the menu from hot dogs & hamburgers to healthy gourmet soups, salads, sandwiches & blue-plate meals. She was able to use local produce & baked goods. She was fortunate enough to be asked to cater their large tournaments & private wine dinners. Now Ali works as a personal chef, and has prepared meals for all ranges of people, from NBA basketball players, ACC basketball coaches, to college students, diabetics, seniors, celiacs & families just like you. As a personal chef, Ali's goal is to nuture your body and soul by providing fresh and balanced sustenance based on your dietary guidelines. Healthy supportive cooking is her passion and she wants to share it with everyone. It is her mission to provide her clients with fresh, quality, nutritious meals within their homes, allowing more time for family, friends and increased opportunities to maintain a healthy diet. |
